Tornando os sistemas da Superintendência Municipal de Transportes e Trânsito (SMTT) de Maceió mais eficientes e ágeis, os cidadãos maceioenses podem registrar de forma gratuita uma ocorrência de acidentes, sem vítimas, pela plataforma Colidiu. O procedimento pode ser realizado de qualquer lugar através de um smartphone pelo site Colidiu.
A plataforma já está disponível e para fazer o registro basta seguir os quatro passos solicitados pelo sistema. O primeiro, inclui informações sobre a ocorrência, como local, tipo, descrição e fotos do acidente. Em seguida, os dados do veículo, dados pessoais e endereço. Os envolvidos no acidente podem realizar o seu próprio registro, ou se houver acordo entre as partes, poderá ser feito um único documento com os dados de todos os implicados.
A declaração eletrônica do acidente será emitida em até cinco dias úteis, gratuitamente. Após a validação dos agentes de trânsito, o documento é reconhecido pelos demais órgãos e pelas seguradoras de veículos, porque será expedido por uma autarquia municipal. Não é necessário comparecer à SMTT para autenticar o documento, basta aguardar o resultado da validação que será encaminhado para o e-mail cadastrado.
O superintendente municipal de transportes e trânsito, André Costa, reforça a importância do uso da plataforma pelo cidadão e enfatiza que as informações prestadas serão mantidas em completo sigilo.
“Esse novo sistema permite que o cidadão utilize o georreferenciamento, ofertando a localização exata do acidente. Nossas equipes terão acesso aos dados para realizar análises preditiva e prescritiva para fins estatísticos e isso auxiliará nos estudos do órgão e na interferência imediata da SMTT para prevenção de acidentes”, ressalta o titular da pasta.
Em situações com maior impacto do trânsito, agentes poderão comparecer ao local para sinalizar a via e auxiliar o cidadão, orientando sobre os procedimentos da declaração eletrônica. O órgão reforça que a prioridade é o atendimento de ocorrências com vítimas.
Para solicitar a presença de equipes será necessário entrar em contato pelo número (82) 3312-5340. O serviço funciona 24 horas todos os dias da semana.
